13.  What do I do if I am not satisfied?

Lake Region Cleaning has a 48 hour 'warranty' from the completion of the service.  If there is an area that has been missed or any part of the service seems to been serviced inadequately, please contact Lake Region Cleaning within this time frame.   A manager will contact you and arrange for a visit.  They will inspect the difficiencies and rectify any outstanding issue in question.
