12.  Will I need to sign a contract?

Lake Region Cleaning does have some paperwork to fill out at the begining of each cleaning service agreement.  This paperwork is designed to ensure that the work scope agreed to between the client and Lake Region Cleaning is accurate.  This is to help both parties if a discrepancy occurs.  This document can be ammended at any at any time that both parties desire.

There is not an actual contract.

If a regularly scheduled cleaning event is desired, a contract will be written to detail the invoicing, payment and discount.  This will be in addition to the scope document.
